The email will be automatically sent from the Cleartax email servers to the customer email ID shared by the ERP every time an E-invoice is created.
Yes. ZATCA has mandated archival of every E-invoice either on a Cloud platform or offline in such a way that it can be retrieved in event of an audit in future. Cleartax E-invoicing Cloud Platform can be configured to archive E-invoices in ZATCA prescribed formats. You can also access the archived E-invoices on the Cleartax E-invoicing Web Interface anytime you want.
